OUR MISSION:

Our mission is simple: to provide the best service, best price, most knowledgeable and enthusiastic travel professionals you have ever dealt with! We will be the first to call you back. We will provide excellent value to our customers for their vacation dollars.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, Pacific Time.
Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm, Pacific Time.
Most Sundays 10 am to 2 pm, Pacific Time.

COMPANY HISTORY:

Founded in 1990, as Cruise Holidays of Pomona CA. Owners Pat and Nora Webb. Prior to starting GalaxSea Cruises and Tours, Pat Webb was Vice President, Anacomp Inc., a Fortune 500 company providing dataprocessing services and equipment to major corporations. Nora Webb, previously was a manager for All About Travel. Pat and Nora met on a cruise several years ago, and the rest is history!

Since 1990 GalaxSea Cruises and Tours has become one of the largest providers of cruises and cruise tours to major destinations world wide.

Automation Systems:

GalaxSea Cruises and Tours uses the latest and most modern tools to provide service to our customers. Our entire staff are networked on the latest in-house reservations management system available today. We utilize Sabre, Cruise Director on-line booking reservation system. You may contact us via FAX, EMAIL or VOICE MAIL 24 hours a day.

Customer Service Program:

We are focused on customer service! Our motto is: Customer First. Our staff will spend as much time as required to help you choose the cruise that is right for you. Each reservation made with us will receive a written confirmation, deposit receipt and brochure on their cruise within 72 hours after making a reservation.
